FIRST REGULAR SESSION HOUSE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 103RD GENERAL ASSEMBLY 1900H.06C JOSEPHENGLER,ChiefClerk To repeal sections 301.055, 301.070, 301.110, 301.130, 301.140, 301.142, 301.147, 301.448, 301.469, 301.558, 301.560, 301.570, 307.350, and 643.315, RSMo, and to enact in lieu thereof sixteen new sections relating to motor vehicle licensing, with penalty provisions and a contingent effective date for certain sections. Section A. Sections 301.055, 301.070, 301.110, 301.130, 301.140, 301.142, 301.147, 301.448,301.469,301.558,301.560,301.570,307.350,and643.315,RSMo,arerepealedand sixteen new sections enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as sections 301.055, 301.070, 301.110, 301.130, 301.140, 301.142, 301.147, 301.448, 301.469, 301.558, 301.560, 301.570, 301.3181, 301.3182, 307.350, and 643.315, to read as follows: 301.055. 1.
