One Hundred Ninth Legislature - Second Session - 2026 Introducer's Statement of Intent LB1074 Chairperson: Senator Rita Sanders Committee: Government, Military and Veterans Affairs The following constitutes the reasons for this bill and the purposes which are sought to be accomplished thereby: This bill proposes technical changes and minor adjustments to clarify audit procedures and help the Unclaimed Property Division of the State Treasurer's office prepare for a securities reconciliation and liquidation project.
