CURRENT VERSION OF TEXT As reported by the Assembly Tourism, Gaming and the Arts Committee on October 15, 2026, with amendments. concerning personal flotation devices, amending P.L.1962, c.73 and P.L.1987, c.453, and supplementing Title 12 of the Revised Statutes. Jersey: 1. Section 4 of P.L.1962, c.73 (C.12:7-34.39) is amended to read as follows: 4. (a) The owner of a vessel required to be numbered in this State shall file an application with the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission on forms approved by it.
