An Act concerning licensure of nursing home administrators, and amending and supplementing P.L.1968, c.356. Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey: 1. Section 2 of P.L.1968, c.356 (C.30:11-12) is amended to read as follows: [ADDED: 2. a.] Application for license required by [this act] [ADDED: P.L.1968, c.356 (C.30:11-11 et seq.) and P.L. , c. (C. ) (pending before the Legislature as this bill)] shall be made upon forms furnished by the [Commissioner of the Department of Institutions and Agencies] [ADDED: Nursing Home Administrators Licensing Board] . The applicant shall be required to furnish evidence of his or her ability to comply with the minimum standards for administrators to successfully supervise the institution for which the license is sought [ADDED: . An applicant for licensure as a nursing home administrator shall submit the following to the board:] [ADDED: (1) a completed application in the form developed by the board which must, within six months of the effective date of P.L. , c. (C. ) (pending before the Legislature as this bill), be accepted in an electronic format as specified in section 4 of P.L. , c. (C. ) (pending before the Legislature as this bill); and that provides transparency for the applicant to view the date and time of submission, date and time …
