VITALE District 19 (Middlesex) Senator VIN GOPAL District 11 (Monmouth) SYNOPSIS Supplemental appropriation of $35 million from General Fund to DHS to support Crisis Receiving and Stabilization Centers within 9-8-8 Continuum of Care. CURRENT VERSION OF TEXT As introduced. A Supplement to the annual appropriations act for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, P.L.2026, c. (pending before the Legislature as Senate Bill No. 2027 of 2026/2027 and Assembly Bill No. 5327 of 2026/2027). Be It Enacted by the Senate and the General Assembly of the State of New Jersey: 1. In addition to the amounts appropriated under P.L.2026, c. (pending before the Legislature as Senate Bill No. 2027 of 2026/2027 and Assembly Bill No. 5327 of 2026/2027), the annual appropriations act for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, there is appropriated from the General Fund the following amount for the purpose specified: 54 Department of Human Services 20 Physical and Mental Health 23 Behavioral Health Services 7700 Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services Grants-in-Aid 08-7700 Community Services .......................................... $35,000,000 Total Grants-in-Aid appropriation, Behavioral Health Services ...........................
