Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey: 1. The following appropriation made in section 1 of P.L. , c. (pending before the Legislature as Senate Bill No. 2027 and Assembly Bill No. 5327 of 2026/2027) is amended to read as follows: 74 DEPARTMENT OF STATE 30 Educational, Cultural, and Intellectual Development 36 Higher Educational Services 2445 Rowan University GRANTS-IN-AID 82-2445 Institutional Support[$134,884,000] [ADDED: $132,884,000] Total Grants-in-Aid Appropriation, Rowan University..............
