MILLER District 4 (Atlantic, Camden and Gloucester) SYNOPSIS Makes FY2027 supplemental appropriation of $400,000 to DHS for NJ 2-1-1 Partnership Operating Aid. CURRENT VERSION OF TEXT As introduced. A Supplement to the annual appropriations act for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, P.L. 2026, c.27. Be It Enacted by the Senate and the General Assembly of the State of New Jersey: 1. In addition to the amounts appropriated under P.L., the annual appropriations act for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, there is appropriated from the General Fund the following amount for the purpose specified: 54 DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES 20 Physical and Mental Health 23 Behavioral Health Services 7700 Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services Grants-in-Aid 08-7700 Community Services ............................................... $400,000 Total Grants-in-Aid appropriation, Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services [ADDED: $400,000] Grants-in-Aid: 08 NJ 2-1-1 Partnership Operating Aid....... ($400,000) 2. This act shall take effect immediately. STATEMENT This bill makes a FY2027 supplemental appropriation of $400,000 to the Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services in the Department of Human Services for NJ 2-1-1 Partnership Operating Aid. In doing so, the bill increases the FY2027 appropriation for this purpose from $400,000 to $800,000. This line …
