AN ACT to amend the environmental conservation law, in relation to enacting the packaging reduction and recycling infrastructure act THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Short title. This act shall be known and may be cited as the "packaging reduction and recycling infrastructure act". § 2. Article 27 of the environmental conservation law is amended by adding a new title 34 to read as follows: TITLE 34 PACKAGING REDUCTION AND RECYCLING INFRASTRUCTURE ACT SECTION 27-3401.
