AN ACT to amend the public authorities law, in relation to creating the CR clean water and sewer authority THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Short title. This act shall be known and may be cited as the "CR clean water and sewer authority act". § 2. Article 5 of the public authorities law is amended by adding a new title 11-E to read as follows: TITLE 11-E CR CLEAN WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY SECTION 1349-A. DEFINITIONS. 1349-B. PRIOR SEWER DISTRICT. 1349-C. ABOLISHING THE PRIOR SEWER DISTRICT. 1349-D. CR CLEAN WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY. 1349-E. POWERS OF THE AUTHORITY. 1349-F. ADVANCES ON BEHALF OF THE AUTHORITY; TRANSFER OF PROPERTY TO AUTHORITY. 1349-G. CHARGES BY THE AUTHORITY; METHOD OF COLLECTION. 1349-H. OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES. 1349-I.
