Senate Resolution No. 2197 BY: Senator MARTINS CONGRATULATING Kai Henrichs upon the occasion of receiving the distinguished rank of Eagle Scout, the most prestigious of Scouting honors, on May 31, 2026 WHEREAS, Kai Henrichs, through his diligence and rigorous efforts, has attained Scouting's highest and most prestigious rank, Eagle Scout; the Eagle Court of Honor ceremony will be held on Sunday, May 31, 2026, at Mineola High School in Garden City Park, New York; and WHEREAS, Kai Henrichs is a member of Scouts BSA Troop 45, Mineola, New York; and WHEREAS, Kai Henrichs has achieved this high honor through his steadfast commitment to the principles of Scouting, including leadership, service, citizenship, and personal responsibility; and WHEREAS, A resident of Franklin Square, New York, Kai Henrichs was born on April 2, 2008, and has demonstrated excellence both academically and within his community; and WHEREAS, Kai Henrichs attended H.
