AN ACT to amend part D of chapter 58 of the laws of 2011 amending the education law relating to capital facilities in support of the state university and community colleges, procurement and the state university health care facilities, in relation to the effectiveness thereof THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 4 of subpart A of part D of chapter 58 of the laws of 2011 amending the education law relating to capital facilities in support of the state university and community colleges, as amended by section 1 of part D of chapter 56 of the laws of 2021, is amended to read as follows: § 4. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be deemed repealed June 30, [2026] 2031. § 2. Section 4 of subpart B of part D of chapter 58 of the laws of 2011 amending the education law relating to procurement in support of the state and city universities, as amended by section 2 of part D of chapter 56 of the laws of 2021, is amended to read as follows: § 4.
