Assembly Resolution No. 1588 BY: M. of A. O'Pharrow MOURNING the untimely death of Edeedson Cine Jr., beloved son, brother, grandson, and member of his community WHEREAS, It is the custom of this Legislative Body to honor and pay tribute to individuals whose lives exemplified kindness, promise, devotion to family, and commitment to their community, and to express its deepest sympathy upon their untimely passing; and WHEREAS, Edeedson Cine Jr., affectionately known as "Eddy," of West Babylon, New York, died tragically on December 25, 2025, at the age of 23; and WHEREAS, Edeedson Cine Jr. was born on July 29, 2002, at North Shore LIJ University Hospital in Manhasset, New York, the cherished son of Edeedson Cine, Sr. and Marie Rooseveline Cine; and WHEREAS, Eddy attended Parliament Place Elementary School and Robert Moses Middle School before graduating from North Babylon High School in 2020; and WHEREAS, Following his graduation, he pursued higher education at Nassau Community College before continuing his studies at Hunter Business School, where he successfully completed the Computer Technician Program; and WHEREAS, A hardworking and determined young man, Eddy held positions with several employers throughout his young career and was employed as a Customer Service Clerk and Associate at CVS in Lindenhurst, New York; and WHEREAS, Eddy was known by all who knew him as a caring, …
