BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA: SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. Subdivision b of subsection 4 of section 15.1-27-04.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, as effective through June 30, 2025, is amended and reenacted as follows: b. Subtract an amount equal to seventy-five percent of all revenue types listed in subdivisionssubdivision c and paragraphs 1 and 2 of subdivision d of subsection 1 and revenue from payments in lieu of taxes.
