No. 301 2025-2026 Senator Koehler Cosponsors: Senators McColley, Antonio, Blackshear, Blessing, Brenner, Chavez, Cirino, Craig, Cutrona, DeMora, Gavarone, Hicks-Hudson, Huffman, Ingram, Johnson, Landis, Lang, Liston, Manchester, Manning, O'Brien, Patton, Reineke, Reynolds, Roegner, Romanchuk, Schaffer, Smith, Timken, Weinstein, Wilkin, Wilson ARESOLUTION In memory of Captain Curtis J. Angst. WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio extend our sincere sympathy to the family and friends of Captain Curtis J. Angst in their bereavement; and WHEREAS, Curtis Angst was a truly unforgettable man whose words and actions endeared him to everyone who knew him. A remarkable person who experienced joy, understood kindness, generosity, and loyalty, and knew how to communicate his beliefs and share his strengths, he confronted challenges and faced adversity with an admirable spirit, and the legacy of care and commitment he established will surely live on; and WHEREAS, A 2014 graduate of Wilmington High School and a 2020 graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Curtis Angst was a member of the 121st Air Refueling Wing of the Ohio Air National Guard, and he was taking part in Operation Epic Fury when he was killed in the line of duty.
