No. 303 2025-2026 Senator McColley Cosponsors: Senators Antonio, Blackshear, Blessing, Brenner, Chavez, Cirino, Craig, Cutrona, DeMora, Gavarone, Hicks-Hudson, Huffman, Ingram, Johnson, Koehler, Landis, Lang, Liston, Manchester, Manning, O'Brien, Patton, Reineke, Reynolds, Roegner, Romanchuk, Schaffer, Smith, Timken, Weinstein, Wilkin, Wilson ARESOLUTION Honoring Matt Oyster for outstanding service to the State of Ohio. WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to extend special recognition to Matt Oyster for three years of loyal service to the Ohio Senate; and WHEREAS, Matt Oyster is a remarkable individual, for he has combined civic concern and dedication with selfless initiative to become a dynamic member of the Ohio Senate staff. Commencing his tenure in March of 2023, he has ably served as chief legal counsel, bringing a full measure of enthusiasm, intelligence, and public spirit to his duties; and WHEREAS, Over the years, Matt Oyster has given generously of his time, energy, and abilities to assist the Ohio Senate and has demonstrated a praiseworthy commitment to the success of state government.
