As Adopted by the Senate 136th General Assembly Regular Session S. R. No. 362 2025-2026 Senators Manning, McColley Cosponsors: Senators Antonio, Blackshear, Blessing, Brenner, Chavez, Cirino, Craig, Cutrona, DeMora, Gavarone, Hicks-Hudson, Huffman, Ingram, Johnson, Koehler, Landis, Lang, Liston, Manchester, O'Brien, Patton, Reineke, Reynolds, Roegner, Romanchuk, Schaffer, Smith, Timken, Weinstein, Wilkin, Wilson ARESOLUTION In memory of Jeffry Armbruster. WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 136th General Assembly of Ohio extend our sincere condolences to the family and friends of Jeffry Armbruster on the sorrowful occasion of his death; and WHEREAS, Jeff Armbruster will be remembered fondly by all those who knew and loved him, including his wife, Lee, his six children, and his circle of family and friends, and his absence will leave an irreparable void in our society. Respected for his myriad civic, professional, and personal endeavors, he was celebrated for his integrity, and he brought a wealth of knowledge and a heart for the public welfare into all of his efforts to benefit the State of Ohio, Lorain County, and the City of North Ridgeville; and WHEREAS, Jeff Armbruster served as the mayor of North Ridgeville from 1989 until 1995 and as a member of the Ohio Senate from 1999 until 2006, where he represented the people of the 13th District and held such positions as the …
