An Act relating to special license plates; amending 47 O.S. 2021, Section 1135.3, as last amended by Section 85, Chapter 452, O.S.L. 2024 (47 O.S. Supp. 2024, Section 1135.3), which relates to special license plates; creating the Tulsa Air and Space Museum and Planetarium License Plate; providing for design and issue; amending 47 O.S. 2021, Section 1135.5, as last amended by Section 92, Chapter 452, O.S.L. 2024 (47 O.S. Supp. 2024, Section 1135.5), which relates to special license plates; creating The Church Studio License Plate; creating the Star Spencer High School License Plate; creating the Ralph Ellison Foundation License Plate; providing for design and issue of plates; authorizing certain licensing agreements; authorizing certain payments; and providing an effective date. SUBJECT: Special license plates SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 47 O.S. 2021, Section 1135.3, as last amended by Section 85, Chapter 452, O.S.L. 2024 (47 O.S. Supp. 2024, Section 1135.3), is amended to read as follows: Section 1135.3. A. Service Oklahoma is hereby authorized to design and issue appropriate official special license plates to persons wishing to demonstrate support, interest or membership to or for an organization, occupation, cause or other subject as provided by this section.
