An Act relating to the Health Care Workforce Training Commission; granting certain powers to the Commission; creating the Workforce Talent Recruitment Revolving Fund; stating source and allowed uses of monies; providing for budgeting and expenditure of funds; authorizing promulgation of certain rules; providing for codification; and declaring an emergency. SUBJECT: Health Care Workforce Training Commission SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 697.5a of Title 70, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: In furtherance of its mission to increase access to health care workers in the rural and underserved areas of this state, the Health Care Workforce Training Commission 2. Accept, and use in accordance with federal requirements, federal funds and grants; and 3. Receive and accept donations, grants, contributions, and gifts from any public or private source. SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 697.21c of Title 70, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Health Care Workforce Training Commission to be designated the "Workforce Talent Recruitment Revolving Fund".
