An Act relating to crimes and punishments; amending Section 13, Chapter 366, O.S.L. 2024, as amended by Section 6, Chapter 187, O.S.L. 2025 (21 O.S. Supp. 2025, Section 20M), which relates to Class C2 felony offenses; adding criminal act to list of Class C2 felony offenses; amending 21 O.S. 2021, Section 1438, as amended by Section 1, Chapter 340, O.S.L. 2024 (21 O.S. Supp. 2025, Section 1438), which relates to the crime of breaking and entering; making certain acts unlawful; providing penalties; and providing an effective date. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. AMENDATORY Section 13, Chapter 366, O.S.L. 2024, as amended by Section 6, Chapter 187, O.S.L. 2025 (21 O.S.
