An Act relating to the 2030 census; creating the 2030 Census Complete Count Committee; providing the membership of the Committee; directing the Committee to select a chair and vice-chair; clarifying that a majority of the members shall constitute a quorum; providing process for members to be reimbursed for travel expenses; stipulating that members shall serve at the pleasure of their respective appointing authority; directing for staff to be provided by the State Data Center; directing the Committee to develop and implement a census outreach, promotion, recruiting, and enumeration assistance plan; permitting the creation of subcommittees; providing additional duties and responsibilities of the Committee; requiring the first meeting to be called by certain date; requiring appointments by certain date; directing the Committee to submit a final report; providing for codification; and providing an effective date. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 146 of Title 14, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: A.
