An Act relating to the Health Care Workforce Training Commission; identifying funds appropriated to the Health Care Workforce Revolving Fund; identifying funds appropriated to the Health Care Workforce Training Commission; authorizing the Health Care Workforce Training Commission to transfer and allocate between funds as needed for certain purposes; providing for noncodification; and declaring an emergency. SUBJECT: Health Care Workforce Training Commission SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows: Of the funds appropriated to the Health Care Workforce Revolving Fund or to the Health Care Workforce Training Commission pursuant to: 1.
