An Act relating to administration; making appropriations; identifying sources of funds; identifying destination of funds; stating purposes; providing for noncodification; and declaring an emergency. SUBJECT: Administration SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows: There is hereby appropriated to the Legislative Service Bureau from monies not otherwise appropriated from the ARPA Administrative Costs Fund created in Section 255.5 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the sum of Thirty-four Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-two Dollars ($34,692.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary to pay obligations that may arise out of contracts during Fiscal Year 2027 related to the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law not to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes reads as follows: There is hereby appropriated to the Legislative Service Bureau from monies not otherwise appropriated from the Statewide Recovery Fund found in Section 255 of the Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the sum of Two Hundred Thirteen Thousand Three Hundred Eight Dollars ($213,308.00) or so much thereof as may be necessary to pay obligations that may arise out of contracts during Fiscal Year 2027 related to the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.
