SENATE FLOOR VERSION February 18, 2026 AS AMENDED SENATE BILL NO. 1333 By: Hall, Frix, and Pederson of the Senate and Caldwell (Trey) of the House [ Oklahoma Water Resources Board - Program - rules - Revolving Fund - contracts - allotments - codification - effective date - emergency ] BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1086.8 of Title 82, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: A. The Oklahoma Water Resources Board shall establish and administer a Water Infrastructure Enhancement Program for the purpose of securing long-term stability and modernizing essential water infrastructure in this state. B. The duties of the Board in administering the program shall include, but not be limited 2. Deploying a water education outreach campaign; SENATE FLOOR VERSION - SB1333 SFLR Page (Bold face denotes Committee Amendments) 3. Incentivizing regional water system planning grants; 4. Expanding current programs; 5. Deploying environmental compliance programs; and 6. Other actions as deemed pertinent by the Board. C.
