An Act relating to students; amending 70 O.S. 2021, Section 5-132, as last amended by Section 1, Chapter 296, O.S.L. 2025 (70 O.S. Supp. 2025, Section 5-132), which relates to adult high school completion; clarifying eligibility; amending 70 O.S. 2021, Section 628.13, which relates to concurrent enrollment; prohibiting students of certain age or older from participating; updating statutory language; providing an effective date; and declaring an emergency. SUBJECT: Concurrent enrollment SECTION 1. AMENDATORY 70 O.S. 2021, Section 5-132, as last amended by Section 1, Chapter 296, O.S.L. 2025 (70 O.S. Supp. 2025, Section 5-132), is amended to read as follows: Section 5-132. A.
