A Joint Resolution directing the Secretary of State to refer to the people for their approval or rejection a proposed amendment to the Constitution of the State of Oklahoma by adding a new section to Article X to be designated as Section 44; creating the Oklahoma Veterans Lottery Trust Fund; providing for funding source; requiring funds to be expended only for veteran-related purposes; designating funds to be administered by the Oklahoma Veterans Trust Fund Board of Governors; providing for membership; prohibiting Legislature from using funds to supplant other funding; directing the State Board of Equalization to examine and investigate appropriations annually; requiring appropriation if certain funds are determined to have been supplanted; providing ballot title; and directing filing. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. The Secretary of State shall refer to the people for their approval or rejection, as and in the manner provided by law, the following proposed amendment to the Constitution of the State of HJR1074 HFLR Page BOLD FACE denotes Committee Amendments.
