A Joint Resolution approving certain proposed permanent rules of certain education state agencies; and directing distribution. SUBJECT: Education state agency rules WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 308 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the Oklahoma State Legislature shall adopt a joint resolution to approve or disapprove administrative rules. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND THE SENATE OF THE 2ND SESSION OF THE 60TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE: SECTION 1. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed permanent rules of the State Department of Education filed on or before February 1, 2026. SECTION 2. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed permanent rules of the Office of Educational Quality and Accountability filed on or before February 1, 2026. SECTION 3. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed permanent rules of the State Regents for Higher Education filed on or before February 1, 2026. SECTION 4. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed permanent rules of the Teachers' Retirement System filed on or before February 1, 2026. SECTION 5. The Legislature hereby approves all proposed permanent rules of the Statewide Charter School Board filed on or before February 1, 2026. SECTION 6.
