83rd OREGON LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY--2025 Regular Session HOUSE AMENDMENTS TO HOUSE BILL 3858 By COMMITTEE ON AGRICULTURE, LAND USE, NATURAL RESOURCES, AND WATER April On page 1 of the printed bill, delete lines 16 through 18 and insert: "(C) The remaining land after dividing off a portion of land from a lawfully established unit of land in order to create a new lawfully established unit of land by the method described in subparagraph (B) of this paragraph, even if such remaining land is not separately described in a deed or land sales contract in the instrument creating the new unit of land.".
