83rd OREGON LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY--2026 Regular Session HOUSE AMENDMENTS TO HOUSE BILL 4104 By COMMITTEE ON ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, SMALL BUSINESS, AND TRADE February On page 2 of the printed bill, line 6, after "prosperity" delete the rest of the line and delete lines 7 and 8 and insert a period. On page 10, delete lines 13 through 24 and insert: "SECTION 16. There is appropriated to the Oregon Business Development Department, for the biennium ending June 30, 2027, out of the General Fund, the amount of $4,000,000 for deposit in the Oregon Fostering Innovation Strength at Home and CHIPS Fund established under section 6, chapter 25, Oregon Laws 2023, to be used for any purpose for which moneys in the fund may be used. "SECTION 17. There is allocated for the biennium ending June 30, 2027, from the Administrative Services Economic Development Fund, to the Oregon Business Development Department, the amount of $6,000,000 for deposit in the Oregon Fostering Innovation Strength at Home and CHIPS Fund established under section 6, chapter 25, Oregon Laws 2023, to be used for any purpose for which moneys in the fund may be used.
