PRINTER'S NO. 3464 THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF PENNSYLVANIA HOUSE BILL No. Session of INTRODUCED BY HADDOCK, BURNS, HILL-EVANS, KHAN, MADDEN, INGLIS, COOK, PASHINSKI, DALEY AND CIRESI, MAY 28, 2026 REFERRED TO COMMITTEE ON GAME AND FISHERIES, MAY 29, 2026 Amending Titles 30 (Fish) and 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission, further providing for executive director; and, in Pennsylvania Game Commission, further providing for director. The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows: Section 1. Section 302(a) of Title 30 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended and the section is amended by adding subsections to read: § 302. Executive director. (a) Appointment and compensation.--The commission shall appoint [to serve at its pleasure and, with the approval of the Governor, fix the compensation of], by and with the advice and consent of a majority of the members elected to the Senate, an executive director who shall be the chief executive officer of the commission and attend to its administrative work and have charge of all activities under the jurisdiction of the commission.
