PRINTER'S NO. 3531 THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF PENNSYLVANIA HOUSE BILL No. Session of INTRODUCED BY STENDER, JUNE 4, 2026 REFERRED TO COMMITTEE ON STATE GOVERNMENT, JUNE 5, 2026 Authorizing the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Governor, to grant and convey to the Borough of Danville certain lands situate in Danville Borough, Montour County. The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows: Section 1. Conveyance in Danville Borough, Montour County. (a) Authorization.--The Department of General Services, with the approval of the Governor, is hereby authorized on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to grant and convey to the Borough of Danville certain land and buildings situate in Danville Borough, Montour County, for $1, on terms to be established in an agreement of sale. (b) Property description.--The property to be conveyed under subsection (a) is a portion of the former grounds of the Danville State Hospital consisting of three parcels of land collectively containing approximately 4.48 acres and improvements thereon, together with any right, title and interest of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in an unopened alley, bounded and more particularly described as follows: PARCEL 1 ALL THAT CERTAIN parcel of land located in the Borough of Danville, Montour County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a Mag Nail set on …
