PRINTER'S NO. 3878 THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF PENNSYLVANIA HOUSE BILL No. Session of INTRODUCED BY CIRESI, VITALI, GUZMAN, JAMES, VEROBISH, GILLEN, ANDERSON, STAATS, BOROWSKI AND SANCHEZ, SEPTEMBER 14, 2026 REFERRED TO COMMITTEE ON TRANSPORTATION, SEPTEMBER 14, 2026 Designating a bridge, identified as Bridge Key 27860, carrying Hanover Street over the Schuylkill River in the City of Pottstown, Montgomery County, as the Commander Job W. Price Memorial Bridge. The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows: Section 1. Commander Job W. Price Memorial Bridge. (a) Findings.--The General Assembly finds and declares as follows: (1) Job Wilson Price was born July 29, 1970, in Pottstown, Montgomery County. (2) Commander Price was the son of Nancy and Harry Price and brother of Bronwyn Price and attended Pottstown Area School District (PASD), where he was subsequently inducted into the PASD Alumni Honor Roll in 2011. (3) While attending high school from 1985 to 1989, Commander Price served as captain of the football team, receiving first-team All-Conference honors as both an offensive and defensive lineman while concurrently reigning as the heavyweight champion of District South 1 in 1988 and 1989. (4) Commander Price completed Midshipman/Cadet Naval Special Warfare Orientation on July 17, 1992, and subsequently graduated from the United States Air Force Academy on June 2, 1993, with a degree in …
