Amending Title 51 (Military Affairs) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in Educational Assistance Program, further providing for definitions, for certification of eligibility, for grants and for limitations, providing for family member loan repayment alternative and further providing for administration; and, in Military Family Education Program, further providing for certification of eligibility and for Military Family Education Program grants, providing for family member loan repayment alternative and further providing for administration. The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows: Section 1. Section 3201 of Title 51 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a definition to read: § 3201. Definitions. The following words and phrases when used in this subchapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: * * * "Family member." As defined in section 3210.1 (relating to definitions). * * * Section 2. Sections 3203, 3204 heading and (a), 3206(b) and 3208 of Title 51 are amended to read: § 3203. Certification of eligibility.
