An act relating to the public school system, including certain provisions applicable as well to private and parochial schools; amending, revising, consolidating and changing the laws relating thereto," in preliminary provisions, providing for education support professional employment information to be posted. The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows: Section 1. The act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, is amended by adding a section to read: Section 135. Education Support Professional Employment Information to be Posted.--(a) By October 1, 2027, and by October 1 of each year thereafter, the department shall post all of the following information for each school entity on the department's publicly accessible Internet website: (1) The name of the school entity. (2) The school identification number assigned by the department to the school entity. (3) The Administrative Unit Number assigned by the department to the school entity. (4) The number of education support professionals in each of the following job classifications: (i) Instructional paraprofessional or education assistant. (ii) Non-instructional paraprofessional. (iii) Secretary. (iv) Bus driver, bus aide or mechanic. (v) Maintenance. (vi) Technology. (vii) Custodian. (viii) Nurse assistant. (ix) Crossing guard or other safety worker.
