2026 -- S 3352 ======== LC006304 ======== STATEOFRHODEISLAND IN GENERAL ASSEMBLY JANUARY SESSION, A.D. 2026 ____________ SENATERESOLUTION EXPRESSING CONDOLENCES ON THE PASSING OF THE HONORABLE JOSEPH FALVO Introduced By: Senators Dimitri, Sosnowski, Quezada, Burke, Patalano, Famiglietti, Gu, de la Cruz, Vargas, and Appollonio Date Introduced: June 04, 2026 Referred To: Recommended for Immediate Consideration WHEREAS, It is with deep sadness that this Senate has learned of the passing of the Honorable Joseph Falvo, of Johnston. He was the devoted husband of the late Dorothy D. Falvo. Mr. Falvo was born in the City of Providence, the son of the late Vincenzo and Ernestina Falvo; and WHEREAS, Mr. Falvo was a hard-working man who strove tirelessly to provide for his family and loved ones. Mr. Falvo worked for United Wire & Supply for 31 years, and later for J&K Electric as a sales manager for nearly 40 years. He also served our nation with honor and distinction as a member of the United States Army; and WHEREAS, Mr. Falvo had a distinguished public service life, first as the Sealer of Weights and Measures for the Town of Johnston, and later as a member of the Johnston Town Council for 26 years, where he served his constituents with abiding integrity and tireless devotion.
