2026 -- H 7126 ======== LC004135 ======== STATEOFRHODEISLAND IN GENERAL ASSEMBLY JANUARY SESSION, A.D. 2026 ____________ ANACT RELATING TO MAKING REVISED APPROPRIATIONS IN SUPPORT OF FY 2026 Introduced By: Representative Marvin L. Abney Date Introduced: January 15, 2026 Referred To: House Finance (Governor) It is enacted by the General Assembly as follows: ARTICLE 1 RELATING TO MAKING REVISED APPROPRIATIONS IN SUPPORT OF FY 2026 ARTICLE RELATING TO MAKING REVISED APPROPRIATIONS IN SUPPORT OF FY 2026 SECTION 1. Subject to the conditions, limitations and restrictions hereinafter contained in this act, the following general revenue amounts are hereby appropriated out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated to be expended during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. The amounts identified for federal funds and restricted receipts shall be made available pursuant to § 35-4-22 and chapter 41 of title 42. For the purposes and functions hereinafter mentioned, the state controller is hereby authorized and directed to draw the state controller's orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of such sums or such portions thereof as may be required from time to time upon receipt by the state controller of properly authenticated vouchers.
