PIASECKI ON HER PROMOTION TO THE RANK OF CHIEF MASTER SERGEANT IN THE RHODE ISLAND AIR NATIONAL GUARD Introduced By: Representatives Shallcross Smith, Shekarchi, Blazejewski, Chippendale, Carson, Hull, Alzate, Morales, Marszalkowski, and Diaz Date Introduced: January 22, 2026 Referred To: House read and passed WHEREAS, On September 21, 2025, Senior Master Sergeant Deborah J. Piasecki was promoted to the rank of Chief Master Sergeant (CMSgt) in the Rhode Island Air National Guard, the highest level of enlisted leadership in the Air National Guard; and WHEREAS, Chief Master Sergeant Piasecki currently serves with the 143d Force Support Squadron in the Rhode Island Air National Guard; and WHEREAS, Most recently, CMSgt Piasecki had served as the Personnel Superintendent of A1, where she led a team of eight Airmen managing statewide initiatives; and WHEREAS, In addition, CMSgt Piasecki had been chosen to participate in the Women, Peace, and Security Program, and had spearheaded a comprehensive training event integrating headquarters personnelists across three units and nine specialties; and WHEREAS, It is essential that all the men and women who wear the uniform of the Armed Services know that they are appreciated and never far from our thoughts and prayers, and that Rhode Islanders and …
