FOR HIS THIRTY-SIX YEARS OF DEDICATED PUBLIC SERVICE AS A MEMBER OF THE SALUDA SCHOOL DISTRICT ONE BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND TO WISH HIM CONTINUED FULFILLMENT AND SUCCESS IN ALL HIS FUTURE ENDEAVORS. W hereas, for thirty-six years, James M. Holloway Sr. has faithfully served the people of Saluda County as a member of the Saluda School District One Board of Trustees; and W hereas, his years on the board have seen him serving as both member and chairman, and during those years he earned the high distinction of reaching South Carolina School Boards Association Level 6 Boardmanship; and W hereas, further, he served as a voting delegate at the South Carolina School Boards Association Legislative Assembly, worked with the South Carolina School Boards Association on community grassroots initiatives, and was instrumental in passing two bond referendums during his thirty-six years on the Saluda School District One Board: He served on the board during the construction of Saluda Middle and Saluda High schools in 2002, as well …
