SINGLETON FOR TWENTY-FIVE YEARS OF DEDICATED AND DISTINGUISHED SERVICE TO LAW ENFORCEMENT IN THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA, FOR HIS HONORABLE MILITARY SERVICE, AND FOR HIS CONTINUED COMMITMENT TO PUBLIC SAFETY, ADVOCACY, COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP, AND MENTORSHIP. W hereas, the members of the South Carolina Senate are pleased to recognize individuals who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and service to the safety, well-being, and advancement of the citizens of this State; and W hereas, Curtis M. Singleton faithfully served for over twenty-five years in law enforcement, demonstrating unwavering dedication, leadership, integrity, and service to the citizens of South Carolina; and W hereas, throughout his distinguished law enforcement career, Curtis M.
