A house RESOLUTION TO CONGRATULATE THE SUMMERTON ROTARY CLUB, CHARTERED ON JULY 17, 2006, FOR ITS DEDICATED SERVICE TO THE CITIZENS OF CLARENDON COUNTY, UPON THE CLUB'S TWENTIETH ANNIVERSARY, AND TO EXTEND THE SINCERE APPRECIATION of the South Carolina House of representatives FOR ITS CONTINUED COMMITMENT TO SERVICE ABOVE SELF.
