Saamoi, executive Governor of the central bank of Liberia, for his outstanding leadership, distinguished public service, and transformative contributions to the development and modernization of Liberia's financial system. W hereas, the Honorable Henry F. Saamoi has demonstrated exceptional dedication and unwavering commitment to the advancement of Liberia's financial sector, rising through the ranks from an intern to executive governor of the Central Bank of Liberia; and W hereas, Governor Saamoi is an accomplished alumnus of the University of Liberia and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, whose academic achievements have significantly contributed to the professionalization and modernization of Liberia's financial institutions; and W hereas, over the course of more than two decades, Governor Saamoi has distinguished himself through exemplary leadership in both commercial banking and institutional financial oversight, establishing a reputation for integrity, competence, and innovation; and W hereas, as the former chief executive officer of International Bank (Liberia) Limited, he successfully championed market-leading customer service initiatives and promoted financial inclusion programs that …
