W hereas, with over thirty-five years of global experience in corporate turnaround and enterprise risk management, Gbenga Alade's appointment to the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) followed a career in high-stakes environments, including senior roles at the Bank of Montreal and Citibank; and W hereas, he is best known for his record-breaking tenure as CEO of GTBank in Sierra Leone where he achieved the highest profitability and service efficiency in the country for four consecutive years; and W hereas, Mr. Alade's expertise is central to AMCON's mission of stabilizing Nigeria's financial sector by managing distressed national assets.
