A RESOLUTION to honor Luis Alexander Plascencia for his many contributions to the Town of Cordova and its social media presence. WHEREAS, it is fitting that the members of this General Assembly should specially recognize those outstanding citizens who have dedicated themselves to improving the quality of life in their communities; and WHEREAS, Luis Alexander Plascencia is a proud resident of the Town of Cordova and serves as his community's representative and advocate in the realm of social media; and WHEREAS, Luis Alexander Plascencia is the founder and organizer of the Cordova community's social media page, which features the inspiring motto: "Farms, Flowers, and Fellowship"; and WHEREAS, a true wunderkind, Mr. Plascencia started the Town of Cordova page in 2024, when he was only nineteen years old; and WHEREAS, in just two years, Mr. Plascencia has created and enhanced a social media page that helps foster community unity and engagement, support small businesses, organize neighborhood events, and promote communication and connection among neighbors; and WHEREAS, through hard work and dedication, Luis Alexander Plascencia has helped uplift every corner of Cordova to the best of his ability, and his neighbors are most appreciative of his efforts; and WHEREAS, equally as impressive as his success as a community organizer is the fact that he accomplished so much at such an early age; …
