BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Subtitle C, Title 4, Special District Local Laws Code, is amended by adding Chapter 4013 to read as follows: [ADDED: CHAPTER 4013. PURA VIDA MUNICIPAL MANAGEMENT DISTRICT NO.][ADDED: ][ADDED: 1] [ADDED: SUBCHAPTER A. ][ADDED: ][ADDED: GENERAL PROVISIONS] [ADDED: Sec. 4013.0101. DEFINITIONS.
