AN ACT Relating to fair treatment of waste to energy facilities under the climate commitment act; amending RCW 70A.65.080, 43.21C.520, 70A.65.400, and 70A.65.160; reenacting and amending RCW 43.21B.110 and 43.21B.300; adding a new chapter to Title 70A RCW; and creating a new section.
