to amend 29.563 (3) (c) 1. of the statutes; relating to: fee for the inland 2waters trout stamp. Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau Under current law, the Department of Natural Resources issues approvals that authorize hunting, fishing, and trapping of wild animals. DNR issues a fishing license and a sports license, both of which authorize a person to fish in the waters of this state. However, a holder of one of these licenses may not fish for trout in inland waters unless the person also holds an inland waters trout stamp. This bill increases the fee for an inland waters trout stamp from $9.75 to $15.75. For further information see the state fiscal estimate, which will be printed as an appendix to this bill. The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows: AB1199,13Section 1. 29.563 (3) (c) 1. of the statutes is amended to read: AB1199,1,4429.563 (3) (c) 1.
