AN ACT relating to conservation districts; repealing a provision requiring conservation district supervisors to have funds immediately available to satisfy the entirety of a contract prior to entering into the contract; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: Section 1. W.S. 11-16-123(b) is repealed. Section 2. This act is effective July 1, 2026. (END) SF0043
