ENROLLED ORIGINAL D.C. ACT 26-330 IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICTOF COLUMBIA. MAY 29, 2026 'To symbolically designate the portionofthepublic alley abutting Square4176, Lot 28, between Queens Chappel Terrace, NE, and EasternAvenue, NE, asUnion Wesley Way. BEIT ENACTED BYTHE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICTOFCOLUMBIA, Thatthis act may be cited asthe"Union Wesley Way Designation Actof2026". Sec. 2. Pursuant to sections 401, 403a, and 423ofthe Streetand Alley Closing and Acquisition Procedures Act of 1982, effective March 10, 1983 (D.C. Law4-201; D.C. Official Code §§ 9-204.01, 9-204.03a, and 9-204.23), the Council symbolically designatesthe portion of the public alley abutting Square 4176, Lot 28, between Queens Chappel Terrace, NE and Eastern 'Avenue,NE, as "Union Wesley Way". Sec. 3. Fiscal impact statement. 'TheCouncil adopts the fiscal impact statementin thecommittee report as the fiscal impactstatementrequiredby section 4aofthe General Legislative ProceduresAct of1975, approved October 16, 2006(120 Stat. 2038; D.C. Official Code § 1-301.47a). Sec. 4. Effectivedate. This act shall take effect followingapproval by the Mayor(orin theeventofvetoby the Mayor, action by theCouncil to overridetheveto) and a30-day period ofcongressional review ENROLLED ORIGINAL as provided in section 602(c)(1)ofthe District ofColumbia Home Rule Act, approved December 24, 1973 (87 Stat. 813; D.C.
