ACT 26-425 INTHE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICTOF COLUMBIA OCTOBER 16, 2026 To adjust, on atemporary basis, certain allocationsintheFiscalYear 2026 Local BudgetActof 2025 toreflectchanges to revenue andcosts and tomaintainabalanced budget for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026. BE IT ENACTED BYTHECOUNCIL OF THE DISTRICTOF COLUMBIA,Thatthis act maybe cited as the"Fiscal Year2026 Revised Local BudgetAdjustmentTemporaryAct of 2026". Sec. 2. Fiscal Year2026 budget adjustments. (a) The budget adopted in theFiscal Year2026 Local Budget Actof2025, effective October23, 2025 (D.C. Law 26-51; 72 DCR 9797), is decreasedby ($101,257,922) (including (876,483,174) rescinded from local funds, ($11,547,297)rescinded from dedicatedtaxes, $3,065,151 addedto otherfunds, and ($16,292,602) rescinded from enterprise and other funds). (b) The adjustmentsmadebysubsection (a) ofthis section are allocated as follows: GovernmentalDirection and Support (1) (2) ContractAppeals (3) Department ofGeneral Services: $16,216,657is added (including $16,281,657 added to local funds, and ($65,000) rescinded from otherfunds); (4) Department ofHuman (5) Executive Officeofthe (6) Office ofAdvisory Neighborhood Commissions: ($141,530) is rescinded from local funds; (7) Office ofCampaign (8) Office ofContracting and Procurement: ($709,499) isrescinded from local funds; (9) OfficeofDisability ENROLLED ORIGINAL (10) Office ofRisk (11) Officeofthe Attorney General forthe District ofColumbia: ($14,342) is rescinded from local funds; (12) Officeofthe Chief FinancialOfficer: $1,406,422 is added(including $117,782 added to local funds and $1,288,640 addedto other funds); (13) Officeofthe Chief Technology Officer: ($2,734,678) is rescinded from local funds; (14) Office …
