BE IT ENACTED BYTHE COUNCILOFTHE DISTRICTOF COLUMBIA,Thatthis actmaybe cited as the "HealthandHuman Service Programs andBenefits Eligibility and Delivery Data-SharingClarifications Temporary AmendmentAct of2026". Sec. 2. TheHomeless Services Reform Actof2005, effectiveOctober22, 2005 (D.C. Law 16-35; D.C. Official Code § 4-751.01 etseq.), is amended as follows: (a) Section 9(a)(7) (D.C. Official Code § 4-754.11(a)(7)) is amendedby strikingthe phrase "consistent with the confidentiality requirements ofDistrictand federal law;" and subject to the authorizeduses and mandatory disclosures ofsuchrecords and information in accordancewith Title I oftheData-Sharing and InformationCoordination AmendmentActof 2010, effective December4, 2010 (D.C. Law 18-273; D.C. Official Code § 7-241 etseq.);" in its place. () Section 12(12) (D.C. Official Code § 4-754.21(12)) is amended bystrikingthephrase "consistent with the confidentiality requirements ofDistrict and federal law;" and insertingthe phrase "consistentwiththe confidentiality requirementsofDistrict and federal law, subjecttothe authorizeduses andmandatorydisclosures ofsuchrecords and information inaccordancewith Title Iofthe Data-Sharing and Information Coordination AmendmentAct of2010, effective December4, 2010 (D.C.
