ENROLLED ORIGINAL A CEREMONIAL RESOLUTION 26-197 IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA September 22, 2026 To commemorate L. S. Caldwell & Associates, Inc.'s 35th Anniversary. WHEREAS, L. S. Caldwell & Associates, Inc. (LSC) has specialized in the development, implementation, and administration of contracting, employment, and community awareness compliance programs since its founding and under the leadership of President and CEO Loretta S. Caldwell and Vice President C. Eugene Harvey; WHEREAS, L. S. Caldwell & Associates, Inc. has spent the last three and a half decades operating as an economic development engine, community advocate, and trusted business partner across the District, contributing to the growth and equity of the District's economy; WHEREAS, L. S. Caldwell & Associates, Inc. is headquartered in Ward 4 at 5427 14th Street, N.W.; WHEREAS, L. S.
